To prepare, wipe chicken breasts, flatten them with a mallet/knife, and cut into two pieces for even cooking.

Combine chicken with all ingredients except for oil.

Set the mixture aside to marinate for approximately 2 hours.

Heat a non-stick pan or grill with a thin layer of oil before cooking.

Once the pan or grill is hot, place as many chicken pieces as can fit without touching each other, and turn them over all at once.

In case the dish is not big enough to accommodate all the chicken pieces at once, you may need to cook them in two batches.

Lower the heat and continue cooking until the chicken is tender and browned on both sides, flipping them over once one side is cooked. Serve the chicken hot.
